How many of you have been to Jumeirah Golf Estates? Sometimes referred to as JGE, this has got to be one of the most exclusive residential villa developments, not only in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi but without a doubt, in the UAE. Just visiting this development, you can’t help but notice how clean and well maintained this development is. However, JGE is not only about exclusive villas, there are also townhouses and apartments there for those of us that aren’t as lucky in life!
The entire Jumeirah Golf Estates villa development is wrapped around 2 world glass golf courses. Meaning many of these villas have amazing views across the greens with large windows and glass at the back of the villas.
Located along the Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (311), it may seem far away but it certainly doesn’t take long to get to. Its neighbors include Dubai Production City (IMPZ), Dubai Sports City, and Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). It’s also not far from Motor City and a similar styled villa development called Victory Heights. So you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere.
At the heart of the JGE community is the Norman Clubhouse. Residents get around in golf carts, which is super cool and great for the environment and residents are safe with 24-hour security.
